Benefits to teams

People speak different languages, both literally and figuratively. This often produces team members who work from their own familiar perspectives and can't understand the jargon that others use.

"Brainstorming" sessions may not produce new ideas because different cultural values keep some members from contributing in ways that were uncomfortable for them.

The paper booklet survey

You will receive a ten page booklet with forty-five statements that appear on the opening pages. Read each statement and think carefully about the extent to which you agree or disagree.

• Select the response that most closely describes the extent to which you agree or disagree with the statement.
• Rub a coin over the area corresponding to your selection.
• A number will appear. The number will be used later for scoring.

After discovering your scores, the booklet's user-friendly layout helps you to quickly calculate your results in the Global Diversity Matrix. You can then read through the interpretation of your results and develop some strategies to work on your personal growth and development.
